Patti came through surgery wonderfully, of course.

Last I heard (which was yesterday) wat that the colectomy surgery was a success. Nathanial called me and told me that Patti's white blood cell count was coming back up (not to normal yet, but rising) very soon after the surgery! Thank you for the prayers and keep praying.

Joan, Patti's mom, was laid off from her job on the same night that Patti underwent the surgery, so she accepted that and packed her bags and is back in Cleveland with Patti so that Nathanial could come home for a while.

I'm not sure who is in Cleveland at this moment, but I know people are with her. The talk is to reattach the colon in a few months.
